This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver project-oriented assistance to the Marketing Analytics & Digital Strategy team.
• Aid in the creation of dashboards, regular reports, and ad hoc analyses for both national and chapter-level marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish reporting requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), data sources, business rules, and reporting schedules.
• Evaluate marketing performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in initiatives related to marketing data sources, pipelines, integrations, data warehousing, CRM, email marketing, web analytics, paid media, social media, and various other platforms.
• Help with data validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, standard operating procedures, data flow documentation, and reporting guidelines.
• Offer project support across areas including marketing analytics, measurement, reporting, data governance, and technology initiatives.
• Collect requirements, coordinate deliverables, identify challenges, and support implementation efforts across Marketing, Fundraising, Technology, and additional stakeholders.
• Undertake extra marketing data and insights projects as priorities shift.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, reporting, data strategy, or a similar field.
• Proven expertise with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing data ecosystems, including CRM, email, web analytics, paid media, social media, and fundraising data.
• Experience with data quality, validation, documentation, and/or data governance processes.
• Capability to interpret business inquiries and data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong project, time, and task management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while collaborating efficiently across teams.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving project and stakeholder requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector or multi-channel marketing is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, communications, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be acceptable.
• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and infrequently up to 50 pounds.
