Marketing Coordinator – Community Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee social media content, encompassing posts, captions, community interaction, and responses/DMs.

• Create articles, blog entries, and various types of written marketing material.

• Conceptualize and propose marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising ideas.

• Assist in crafting ad copy and innovative concepts for digital and social media advertisements.

• Foster and engage the community across various social media platforms.

• Stay informed about trends and consistently introduce fresh ideas.

• Identify and produce content for industry communities frequented by buyers, such as Reddit, conferences, and industry gatherings.

• Innovative thinker capable of generating ideas, rather than merely executing tasks.

• Excellent writing abilities across social media, articles, advertisements, and various tones.

• Capability to collaborate with AI architects to transform ideas into agents that facilitate marketing and community outreach.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for drafting, research, or idea generation.

• Self-motivated individual who can navigate ambiguity and seek solutions.

• Experience in a small business or startup setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with design tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of analytics and social insights is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Previous experience managing a brand's social media presence is a plus, but not mandatory.
