This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in executing initiatives and strategies for Community Walks, Campus Walks, and Construction Hike for Hope.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer revenue events through content management, fundraising coaching, event evaluation, and strategy formulation.
• Collaborate with Chapter Staff to carry out peer-to-peer fundraising events within chapter markets.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars for peer-to-peer fundraising events.
• Oversee Community Fundraising inboxes and the workflow of the team.
• Aid in managing vendor relationships and maintaining routine communication with vendors.
• Update the Out of the Darkness Walk and Construction Hike for Hope websites and their respective landing pages.
• Provide customer service and support for website and registration to event chairs and participants.
• Assist in researching and fostering Community Impact Sponsorship relationships.
• Coordinate requests for report templates and offer video tutorials.
• Support text-platform reporting, train staff and volunteers, troubleshoot issues, create message templates, and maintain the platform.
• Help in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Manage sponsorship and logo requests.
• Create and distribute resources and materials for community fundraising events.
• Audit and update event manuals on Chapterland.
• Participate in open office hours and Q&A sessions.
• Analyze events and market data to recommend goals for peer-to-peer events.
• Collect, verify, and manage projections for community fundraising events.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least one year of experience in Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Public speaking and presentation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Availability to attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Willingness to travel as required for work meetings or events.
• Comfort speaking in front of both small and large groups, in virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and ease in interacting with staff, donors, board members, volunteers, and the public via phone and email.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Resources provided for setting up a home office.
• Mainly remote work arrangement.
• Travel opportunities for in-person meetings, conferences, and special events.
