This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Ensure the precise and timely preparation, storage, billing, labeling, and distribution of medications.
• Offer medication counseling, monitoring, drug utilization reviews, and patient assessments.
• Guarantee accurate labeling, packaging, compounding, billing, verification, and delivery of medications.
• Assist the specialty pharmacy program and uphold accreditation standards.
• Manage the purchasing, receiving, storing, and processing of inventory.
• Maintain accurate computerized medication profiles.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned pharmacy technicians in preparing, labeling, and delivering medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local drug-dispensing laws and recordkeeping requirements.
• Support the organization's vision, mission, values, Lean principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide a safe environment for caregivers, patients, and guests.
• Deliver timely, efficient, and accurate customer service and patient care.
• Report suspected violations of regulations and collaborate with organizational investigations.
• Perform additional duties of similar complexity as assigned.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
• Current registration with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be capable of wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary for safe job performance.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously (75% or more).
• Ability to carry 1–10 pounds consistently.
• Ability to lift 1–10 pounds, push or pull 1–25 pounds, and grasp/squeeze frequently.
• Ability to sit, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry 11–25 pounds occasionally.
• Clear and audible speaking voice with the ability to hear at normal speech levels.
• Ability to operate a keyboard, stoop/kneel/crouch, reach overhead, and push or pull 25–50 pounds infrequently.
