Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist AOSN in executing its marketing strategies

• Spearhead the creative development of graphic design projects

• Implement digital marketing initiatives

• Convert corporate messaging and communication objectives into marketing media tailored for specific customer segments

• Create marketing collateral

• Acquire images and artwork

• Supervise creative design efforts

• Uphold brand standards

• Refresh the company website

• Manage online marketing resources

• Conduct general marketing functions

• Design original graphics utilizing design software

• Create design layouts and concepts based on business requirements

• Integrate stakeholder feedback and oversee projects through to deployment

• Gather management feedback to ensure designs align with organizational and brand standards

• Analyze creative processes, pinpoint gaps, and enhance design capabilities

• Organize and manage the company’s creative assets

• Support digital content streams across visual, audio, and video mediums

• Create and disseminate social media content while managing the company’s social media accounts

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to develop and source digital content

• Operate both independently and in conjunction with the marketing team

• Plan project execution across potentially five or more concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience

• Proficient graphic design capabilities

• Active and proficient on current social media platforms

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Strong presentation skills

• Ability to maintain focus and follow through

• Capacity to work effectively and consistently meet deadlines
