📋 Description

• Implement lead-nurturing campaigns and enhance digital experiences for auto and home insurance offerings.

• Oversee comprehensive multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and various customer interaction points.

• Organize audience segmentation, campaign setup, creative execution, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, and launch.

• Enhance customer journeys through personalization, messaging, timing, and coordinating channels.

• Create B2C acquisition content and B2B sales-enablement materials from initial concept to final production.

• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, along with external agencies, vendors, and channel partners.

• Ensure campaign targeting, content, tracking, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance are validated.

• Track engagement, lead progression, quote completion, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

• Convert campaign data and customer insights into actionable suggestions.

• Formulate test-and-learn strategies to enhance messaging, response rates, and customer experiences.

• Generate performance reports and present campaign outcomes, key insights, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English at a fluent level.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing execution, lead nurturing, email marketing, direct mail, or digital campaign management.

• Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through to launch and performance evaluation.

• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in audience segmentation, content creation, campaign testing, and quality assurance.

• Ability to assess campaign performance and propose data-driven enhancements.

• Familiarity with optimizing customer journeys, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.

• Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, sales teams, and internal business partners.

• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Knowledge of marketing compliance and brand-review processes is preferred.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hiring.

• No parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during the course of employment.
