This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and manage written communications and documents for the company.
• Create, produce, and upload printed materials that promote wellness, disease management, and work-life/EAP initiatives.
• Design mock-ups for client presentations and precision production artwork for printing vendors.
• Edit and design content for articles, announcements, emails, and newsletters.
• Generate content and coordinate updates for client company websites.
• Assist with revisions to graphic and text layouts, as well as photo editing tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client company websites are fully operational.
• Create flyers, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Schedule, edit, and coordinate client webinars and online seminars.
• Work closely with internal departments and the Marketing team to develop, produce, and implement member materials.
• Oversee projects through the review and approval phases.
• Create and execute member communications, including brochures, letters, advertising content, newsletters, manuals/directories, and mailings.
• Manage the review and approval process of marketing materials utilizing online project management tools.
• Ensure that all content adheres to marketing guidelines and compliance regulations.
• Maintain internal software systems for marketing and material submissions.
• Provide support to the Marketing department for ad hoc requests and projects.
• Strong background in writing, editing, and proofreading; examples of work are required for consideration.
• Experience in marketing, communications, and project management (either in-house or agency).
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, shift focus as required, and re-prioritize while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Quick adaptability in a dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot and change direction as needed.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with healthcare and compliance regulations is advantageous, along with familiarity with marketing guidelines and brand standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications and graphic design.
• Must provide samples of writing, editing, and proofreading work.
