BI and Executive Communications Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI.

• Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources.

• Compile management reports and executive materials to facilitate decision-making.

• Design executive presentations in PowerPoint that meet high standards of visual quality and communication.

• Employ Data Storytelling techniques to convert analyses into clear and concise messages.

• Assist leadership in conveying results, indicators, and strategic initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with different departments to collect, organize, and verify information.

• Ensure effective communication of results through impactful visualizations and executive presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Advanced skills in Power BI.

• Demonstrated experience in developing executive dashboards.

• Advanced understanding of data modeling.

• Proficient in DAX and Power Query.

• Experience in developing KPIs and strategic indicators.

• Knowledge of best practices in data visualization.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Experience in crafting executive presentations for management and senior leadership.

• Strong understanding of corporate design and visual communication.

• Capability to structure presentations aimed at decision-making.

• Proficiency in advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Ability to convert data into strategic and easily digestible information.

• Experience in creating results-driven narratives.

• Skill in synthesizing complex information and clearly communicating insights.

• Strong communication skills tailored for executive audiences.

• Preferred: Familiarity with indicator governance and executive reporting.

• Preferred: Experience in multinational corporate settings.

• Preferred: Knowledge of business metrics and performance analysis.
