This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and their teams to develop and execute clear, consistent internal messaging.
• Compose executive communications, talking points, presentations, and remarks for Daily Briefing, all-hands meetings, emails, and other significant company events.
• Assist leaders during organizational changes, strategic announcements, and other high-visibility communication efforts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with leaders throughout the organization and proactively address communication needs.
• Work alongside functions such as HR to create and disseminate employee-facing communications, including policy updates, programs, and organizational changes.
• Draft and revise internal communications, potential intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
• Aid in internal event communications, such as company anniversaries and Sales Kickoffs.
• Support communication initiatives for key external events, including the annual KB4-CON customer conference.
• Handle ad hoc and ongoing communication projects across various topics, teams, and formats.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Legal, IT, Culture, and other stakeholders to ensure communications are clear, accurate, and timely.
• Contribute to the communications calendar and coordinate messaging across concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure all communications embody KnowBe4's brand voice, tone, and values.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of communications and adapt based on feedback and engagement metrics.
• Rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject matter and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in a role centered on review generation, customer marketing, or reputation management, with a proven track record of managing a peer review sourcing program.
• Demonstrated success in developing communications strategies and executing against established plans.
• Familiarity with Zoom; experience with Zoom Webinar is a plus.
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
• Experience with internal communication tools such as intranet platforms and email/newsletter tools is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple, diverse communication projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams with high-visibility communication needs.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the capacity to handle shifting priorities and ambiguous scopes.
• Sound judgment in managing sensitive or confidential information.
• Ability to quickly establish trust with leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to learn new subject matter rapidly and adapt to new teams and projects.
