Marketing Communications – Product Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold consistent brand messaging, tone, value propositions, and product positioning across websites, marketing campaigns, social media, promotional materials, and sales resources.

• Collaborate with business leaders, sales teams, and subject matter experts to convert intricate technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.

• Produce website content, blogs, case studies, application stories, customer success narratives, and various marketing materials.

• Create content for products and services that supports lead generation, sales enablement, e-commerce expansion, and strategic business initiatives.

• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and operational leaders to extract insights and formulate content.

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing campaign strategy, messaging, content, and supporting assets.

• Work in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Events, Creative teams, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate campaign execution and maintain consistent messaging.

• Track content and campaign engagement to enhance performance, boost customer engagement, and facilitate pipeline growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communications.

• Proficient in copywriting, editing, storytelling, and interviewing.

• Experience in developing content for lead generation and sales enablement.

• Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns.

• Experience collaborating with sales teams and subject matter experts.

• Capability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Preferred experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical B2B sectors.
