Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and compose LinkedIn content for Inno ONE and its clients, encompassing posts, hooks, carousels, and concise copy.

• Conduct research on topics, trends, and content formats.

• Transform research findings into targeted content for the audience.

• Assist in the cultivation of personal brands on LinkedIn, particularly for founders and sales professionals.

• Generate original concepts and experiment with new formats.

• Evaluate content performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with strategists, ad managers, and designers.

• Currently pursuing a degree at a university in any field.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and strong skills in copywriting.

• Possess a clear and concise writing style, with a strong understanding of tone and audience.

• Active on LinkedIn or eager to learn more about the platform.

• Demonstrate an independent and proactive approach to work.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of English is advantageous.

• Previous experience in content creation, social media, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
