Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute the organization's educational and content strategy through the development and implementation of programs.

• Design, revise, and uphold educational materials, digital resources, and supplementary content.

• Organize logistics for speakers and content for conferences, webinars, workshops, and online events.

• Identify and engage with subject matter experts.

• Oversee scheduling and content preparation.

• Collaborate with the experience team to ensure timely and precise content for promotion and member interaction.

• Introduce creative training and content delivery techniques.

• Monitor emerging member needs and identify resource deficiencies.

• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in association management, content development, educational programming, or the meat industry.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.

• Demonstrated experience in managing both digital and in-person educational initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in learning management systems and digital content tools.

• Capacity to collaborate across teams and manage various priorities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events.
