This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance Neogen’s global Eloqua marketing automation platform.
• Create, develop, test, and manage email campaigns, lead scoring models, nurturing programs, and program canvases.
• Set up, maintain, and refine campaign templates, forms, landing pages, and other automation resources.
• Monitor platform health, email deliverability, system performance, and data synchronization; address any issues that arise.
• Ensure data integrity within Eloqua, Salesforce, and associated systems.
• Manage contact lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and audience strategies.
• Formulate segmentation strategies that align with customer segments, personas, regions, and market-entry strategies.
• Assist in compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and local requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT on consent management, preference centers, data governance, and data retention.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to marketing teams.
• Act as the escalation point for issues related to campaigns, synchronization, platform functionality, and automation.
• Work with vendors and service providers to address platform and integration challenges.
• Implement and maintain tracking scripts, tags, pixels, and technologies for campaign measurement.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and release protocols.
• Create documentation for processes, data flows, configurations, naming conventions, and standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and streamline operational complexity.
• Establish scalable automation standards and best practices.
• Analyze campaign, workflow, and system performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of practical experience with marketing automation platforms, systems, or related marketing technologies.
• Experience in administering or supporting platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or equivalent.
• Skilled in designing and building workflows, email campaigns, nurturing programs, forms, landing pages, or lead management processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in managing marketing data, segmentation, contact lists, or lead scoring.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates, landing pages, tracking, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting marketing automation, data synchronization, campaign, or system issues.
• Experience supporting data quality and governance in marketing or CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects, requests, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and other departments.
