
Marketing and Patient Experience Strategy Lead – Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives for clinical research projects.
• Deliver updates on campaign performance across various activated strategies, including media, email marketing, HCP referrals, and community events.
• Engage in status meetings and calls with sponsors and CROs.
• Manage and guide patient recruitment vendors, including marketing agencies and technology partners.
• Provide marketing updates and assistance for meetings, calls, and emails involving CROs and sponsors.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and IRB submissions for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely routing for sponsor and regulatory approval.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, patient recruitment teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure that marketing materials adhere to regulatory and IRB standards.
• Create project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and post-campaign analyses.
• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey progress and address concerns.
• Enhance marketing strategies based on data and feedback to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Assist with resource distribution and manage sponsor budgets as necessary.
• Attend management and site meetings as required.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Travel required: 10%.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health administration, health sciences, business, or a related field AND a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Experience in calendar management and scheduling is mandatory.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems is preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications, including email, electronic health records, and basic software.
• Ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math proficiency are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly desirable.
• Well-developed listening skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
• Professionalism, respectfulness, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic are required.
• A high degree of honesty and dependability is essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, identify issues, and assist in finding solutions.
• Capability to manage highly sensitive patient health information confidentially and professionally, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel required: 10%.
