Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and direction to the clinical site management team from the initiation to the conclusion of the study.

• Act as the main point of contact for Site Management, representing clinical monitoring and site-related activities throughout the project.

• Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor.

• Oversee monitoring deliverables to ensure alignment with the study budget.

• Recognize activities that fall outside the project's scope.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a team remotely.

• Proven initiative and adept problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer orientation with the ability to engage professionally with a sponsor contact.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• A Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or a comparable position.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in oncology is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
