Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take responsibility for the advancement of clinical studies at investigative sites

• Ensure that clinical studies are conducted, documented, and reported in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, relevant regulations, and standards

• Coordinate the necessary activities for setting up and monitoring studies

• Identify suitable investigators

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions

• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits

• Manage appropriately sized clinical trials

• Provide support to clinical study teams on larger-scale trials

• Train and mentor junior staff members

• Engage directly with clients

• Initiate payment processes

• Participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Possession of a CRA certification

• At least 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device setting

• Experience in monitoring clinical trials across various therapeutic areas

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays, with a travel commitment of approximately 50–60%

• International travel may be necessary for certain senior-level positions

• Proficiency in English and the local language

• Additional language skills are considered advantageous

• Preferred graduate or postgraduate degree focused on a scientific or healthcare discipline

• Experience with study start-up activities is preferred

• Understanding of financial management is preferred for Senior CRAs
