Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take ownership of the advancement of clinical studies at investigative sites

• Ensure that clinical studies are executed, documented, and reported in compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations and standards

• Organize study setup and monitoring tasks

• Identify potential investigators

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions

• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits

• Manage clinical trials of appropriate sizes

• Provide support to larger clinical study teams

• Train and guide junior team members

• Engage directly with clients

• Initiate payment processes

• Take part in proposal activities, including development and presentations to clients

• Expand the company’s network of skilled clinical research professionals for upcoming project needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Possession of a CRA certification

• At least 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device setting

• Experience in monitoring clinical trials across various therapeutic areas

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays, with an estimated 50–60% travel commitment

• Some senior-level positions may require international travel

• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory

• Additional languages are considered advantageous

• Preferred: graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field

• Preferred: experience in study start-up activities

• Preferred for Senior CRAs: familiarity with financial management
