Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take ownership of the progress of clinical trials at investigative sites.

• Ensure that clinical studies are carried out, documented, and reported in accordance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate necessary activities to establish and oversee studies, including identifying investigators, assisting with regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

• Manage appropriately scaled clinical trials.

• Provide support to larger clinical study teams.

• Train and mentor junior staff members.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Initiate payment processes.

• Contribute to proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Possession of a CRA certificate.

• At least 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device setting.

• Experience in monitoring clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays, with an estimated travel commitment of 50–60%; some senior positions may require international travel.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is preferred.

• Experience with study start-up activities is preferred.

• Understanding of financial management is preferred for Senior CRAs.
