This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and assessment of the statewide marketing and communication initiatives.
• Foster a positive public perception of the organization and all its product offerings.
• Aid in the creation, evaluation, and modification of health-related materials distributed to members.
• Ensure that content is suitable, accessible, and accurately translated.
• Support the development, promotion, and execution of statewide programs, which include outreach events, healthcare education, and incentive initiatives.
• Order and monitor promotional items across all products and service areas.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and report on financial outcomes.
• Verify that regional outreach staff complete monthly outreach calendars.
• Act as a liaison for community organizations, businesses, fundraisers, and community events.
• Conduct research, generate ideas, design artwork, and/or represent the organization in public settings.
• Draft press releases, fact sheets, and letters as necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the necessity of employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Proficient in various writing styles, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional content.
• Previous copywriting experience for online platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with templates, structured content, document versioning, or variable-content publishing is preferred.
• Experience in supporting regulated communications, healthcare communications, content templates, or similar production-focused environments is preferred.
