Marketing and Communications Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support daily asset production activities, encompassing CRM builds, quality assurance, approvals, deployment, stakeholder communication, and analytics reporting.

• Suggest methods to enhance future campaigns based on performance analysis.

• Aid in daily operations, ensuring marketing initiatives remain current.

• Assist in constructing marketing communications within Braze.

• Oversee both internal and external compliance and legal approvals for assets.

• Identify potential project risks and propose strategies for mitigation.

• Keep project documentation organized, including meeting notes, schedules, reports, and final assets.

• Support client and sales teams with in-app promotional setups and reporting.

• Initiate data extractions and manage campaign analytics.

• Develop personalized content and assist with channel optimization, segmentation, copywriting, automations, merchant curation, and data analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Foundational project management skills.

• Basic creative design skills and familiarity with Figma is preferred.

• Proven experience in crafting short, engaging messages.

• Experience in utilizing data inputs for segment creation, test design, reporting execution, and insights generation.

• Background in database marketing is advantageous.

• Previous experience with Braze is preferred.

• Familiarity with email, push notifications, in-app push notifications, SMS, eCommerce, or digital marketing is desirable.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is required.

• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity, conduct research, and facilitate communication.
