Marketing and Brand Advancement Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist in the marketing and communication initiatives for the Alpha Chi Omega Enterprise, which encompasses the Fraternity, Foundation, National Housing Corporation, and Pearl Stone Partners.

• Enhance brand visibility.

• Bolster the reputation of Alpha Chi Omega.

• Promote engagement among members.

• Optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.

• Produce video content.

• Act as a vital member of the marketing and communications team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in brand advancement, marketing, or communications.

• Proven experience in managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.

• Proficient in video production.

• Strong service orientation with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency; capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• A collaborative mindset and positive problem-solving approach.

• Ability to work closely with others and contribute as a team player.

• Technologically adept with advanced computer skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.

• Technical aptitude to master internal systems.

• Strong familiarity with AP style guidelines.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required.
