Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, complete, and enhance weekly and monthly marketing reports

• Daily tracking of key business performance metrics for products and advertising campaigns

• Alert stakeholders regarding significant deviations from expected performance

• Investigate and clarify the reasons behind performance variances

• Combine data from various sources and present it visually

• Generate analytical sections and summary reports for advertising campaigns

• Discover opportunities to optimize advertising efforts

• Formulate actionable recommendations aimed at improving key performance indicators for advertising campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economic field

• Proficient in Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables

• Basic understanding of MS SQL

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics is essential

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level

• Basic familiarity with Python is a plus

• Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous

• Experience with Google Adwords is beneficial

• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and SuperSet is a plus
