This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulate the sales strategy for a designated geography/market tailored for commercial and service sales teams.
• Oversee comprehensive financial responsibility and complete P&L management within the market.
• Manage sales revenue, margin, cost objectives, order targets, financial growth aspirations, order fulfillment profitability, headcount, and T&E.
• Inspire and lead large, skilled sales and services teams.
• Allocate resources effectively to promote products from GE Healthcare’s extensive portfolio.
• Create sales funnels and enhance forecast accuracy to drive market expansion.
• Build and nurture essential customer relationships, including connections with C-level executives.
• Leverage industry insights and market intelligence to secure a competitive edge and inform business strategies.
• Foster a culture centered around integrity, collaboration, compliance, and safety.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for leaders and team members.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, controllership, revenue recognition, and relevant EHS policies.
• Implement LEAN principles within the organization.
• Advocate for inclusive teams, diverse viewpoints, continuous improvement, accountability, and employee wellbeing.
• BA/BS degree.
• Over 10 years of proven sales/marketing leadership experience.
• More than 5 years of successful senior-level sales management and general management experience.
• Experience in Sales and Service Commercial leadership.
• An enterprise-wide solutions approach.
• A strategic mindset coupled with strong industry knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Capability to lead a team accountable for financial commitments while managing financial metrics, business operations, employee performance, and customer requirements.
• Strong influencing abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in driving decisions across multiple functions in a highly matrixed environment.
• Excellent coaching skills with the ability to develop talent and create succession plans.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex and strategic agreements.
• Capacity to oversee multidisciplinary teams (PM, APP, PS, Sales, Service).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
