Market Research Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee international market research initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Assess project requirements, establish project setups, allocate resources, and schedule fieldwork and timelines.

• Organize project kickoff meetings to clarify specifications, client expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.

• Supervise programming, translations, overlays, and testing to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Execute project launches and analyses, providing comprehensive client feedback and solutions-focused approaches.

• Oversee fieldwork, deliver timely client updates, and monitor recruitment processes.

• Optimize internal sampling, coordinate tailored recruitment, and facilitate partner onboarding.

• Manage project budgets to meet financial objectives.

• Ensure a positive experience for participants, maintain sampling compliance, and handle timely incentive approvals and queries.

• Deliver agreed-upon client outputs punctually and to the expected quality standards.

• Adhere to billing timelines and objectives, while following internal protocols.

• Comply with operational procedures, ISO accreditation standards, and M3MR group policies.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate deliverables, effective communication, and resolution of issues.

• Assist in enhancing client service improvement plans in collaboration with sales and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to perform effectively, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Competence in accurately managing multiple online research projects on time in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines and real-time changes.
