This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a culture focused on customer satisfaction by championing the customer's voice and improving primary research capabilities.
• Design, execute, and oversee market research projects employing both qualitative and quantitative techniques, such as surveys and focus groups.
• Develop and enhance research methodologies and best practices.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from interviews, discussions, surveys, industry reports, and other resources using Excel, SPSS, or AI-driven solutions.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations that convey findings and actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while handling sensitive or regulated information.
• Provide logistical and analytical support to senior research or insights managers.
• Conduct background research and prepare survey and discussion guides.
• Manage project timelines, document research processes, assist with scheduling, and maintain organized research files.
• Keep abreast of emerging research technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and external research partners.
• Oversee multiple product development, go-to-market, and customer experience initiatives.
• 5 years of practical experience in the market research field, involving data collection and analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings within the healthcare sector.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including expertise in statistical modeling and the ability to integrate varied data sources.
• Proficient storytelling and presentation skills; adept at translating complex concepts and methodologies into easily digestible language.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and AI solutions.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
• Familiarity with conjoint analysis, Max Diff, price elasticity, concept testing, and other research methodologies.
• Experience managing intricate market research projects such as brand health and equity trackers.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry/sector, including experience with LTPAC, Acute, and/or Payer audiences.
• Previous successful experience in a SaaS organization.
• Experience with a wide range of new product, brand, advertising, and customer segmentation research methodologies.
