Market Research Director – Quantitative Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee large-scale, intricate, or high-profile quantitative research projects, focusing on demand and segmentation with integration of secondary data.

• Act as a senior quantitative authority on research design, methodology selection, advanced analytics, and the interpretation of complex datasets.

• Manage project quality, profitability, timelines, staffing, and strategic outcomes across various initiatives.

• Function as a senior client partner and trusted advisor, converting business challenges into research and consulting solutions.

• Direct high-level analysis, insight generation, storytelling, and executive presentations.

• Ensure technical and analytical rigor throughout quantitative engagements and address methodological challenges.

• Lead the development of proposals, pitch strategies, methodology design, and pricing discussions.

• Mentor and develop team members.

• Advocate for innovation, process enhancement, and AI-enabled operational methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in primary, custom healthcare market research is required.

• Extensive experience in demand research and analysis.

• Proficiency in SPSS or similar analytical software for data exploration, dataset manipulation, and variable creation.

• Experience in designing and conducting detailed research studies within complex pharmaceutical markets.

• Familiarity with complex demand and secondary data integration and triangulation.

• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally out-of-state or internationally.
