This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to a variety of projects with differing scopes and frequencies to meet client and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and sustain dashboards for monitoring polling data.
• Extract essential information for both internal departmental use and external client reporting.
• Analyze research results and craft precise, engaging, and thought-provoking summaries.
• Produce polished, client-ready reports and presentations.
• Provide regular project updates and inform team members of progress or any potential delays.
• Collaborate on enhancements for reporting and analysis processes.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues when expectations, instructions, or data are misaligned.
• Compose and initiate poll questions.
• Transform consumer insights data into client-ready reports across various sectors, including advertising, publishing, banking, finance, QSR, and retail.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in market research, data science, social science, or a related discipline.
• Strong comprehension of survey research methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in quantitative data analysis and statistics, encompassing sample size, margin of error, and statistical significance.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding attention to detail, written communication, and project management abilities.
• Capability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• An inquisitive mindset and dedication to process enhancement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fully distributed, asynchronous setting.
• Experience with R and RStudio, SQL, Snowflake, or other cloud data warehouses is preferred.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts such as viewability, DSPs, and brand lift is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
