Market Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, analyze, and convey the health and performance of the marketplace with respect to key commercial, candidate, and product KPIs.

• Discover opportunities for growth, assess performance risks, and identify optimization potential through data analysis and market intelligence.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial stakeholders to enhance marketplace outcomes.

• Transform trends and insights into actionable recommendations that shape strategy, investment decisions, and business priorities.

• Share performance trends, business challenges, and opportunities with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Track competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer behaviors to bolster growth and marketplace strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketplace, Ecommerce, Digital Trading, Performance Marketing, or Product Performance sectors.

• Capability to interpret intricate datasets, pinpoint trends, and uncover actionable business insights.

• Demonstrated experience in converting data into recommendations that yield measurable business results.

• Ability to establish credibility and sway decisions across various teams and functions.

• Confidence in presenting insights, recommendations, and challenges to senior stakeholders.

• A structured, data-driven mindset with a history of identifying and resolving business challenges.

• Experience in digital marketplaces, ecommerce, conversion optimization, pricing, or growth-oriented business settings.

• Familiarity with presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership or executive stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools, reporting frameworks, or advanced analytics to enhance business performance and decision-making.
