Market Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Foster awareness and encourage the use of targeted energy-efficient technologies.

• Assist in strategic market development while enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Achieve client outreach and energy-saving objectives.

• Comply with assigned program budgets and utilize allocated resources effectively.

• Recruit, train, inform, and cultivate relationships with contractors and Trade Allies.

• Create outreach strategies to attract customers and Trade Allies.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business customer demographic.

• Incorporate program offerings seamlessly into customer operations.

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver program events.

• Act as a liaison between customers and contractors.

• Collaborate with other energy-efficiency initiatives and follow up on leads.

• Conduct market research, gather business data, and pinpoint key allies.

• Establish a network of registered Trade Allies.

• Recognize and report barriers to improvement to the Program Manager.

• Promote ongoing operational enhancements.

• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports while monitoring progress towards program goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Appleton, Green Bay, or Wausau, Wisconsin area.

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or assistance.

• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment checks.
