Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee results from multiple locations within a specified market.

• Ensure the consistent application of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy at all sites.

• Collaborate with General Managers to synchronize activities across locations.

• Track capture rates and ensure stores capitalize on available opportunities.

• Hold team members accountable for shop performance, adherence to SOPs, and customer service standards.

• Conduct daily communications for market load balancing.

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members.

• Provide coaching to staff and address customer concerns effectively.

• Pursue ongoing education and development opportunities for team members.

• Engage in external marketing and team-building initiatives.

• Advocate for a safe and hygienic working environment; review audits and safety records periodically.

• Ensure the appropriate use of personal protective equipment and document any safety policy violations.

• Collaborate with corporate personnel to drive external growth and fulfill business plan objectives.

• Evaluate location performance against set goals and offer coaching as needed.

• Reach out to claims managers and dealer accounts on a monthly basis.

• Conduct monthly in-person reviews and audits of operations.

• Build relationships with local insurance contacts and referral sources.

• Ensure stores respond to client inquiries promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the collision repair industry.

• A minimum of three years in a management role.

• ICAR Platinum certification is preferred.

• Estimating license, if applicable, based on state regulations.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting financial statements.

• Significant experience in estimating.
