This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead a commercial sales team focused on achieving orders, revenue, and margin growth in the Florida market.
• Attain quarterly and annual P&L operating plan goals, which include orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin, and applicable cash targets.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts for the team’s pipeline and sales.
• Align territories with market potential and optimally allocate sales resources.
• Attract, retain, and nurture commercial talent through a servant leadership approach.
• Cultivate a positive culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and enjoyment.
• Communicate operating plan objectives to account managers within the designated geography.
• Ensure the team effectively utilizes necessary sales systems for pipeline visibility and precise forecasting.
• Promote accountability for order and configuration quality from the beginning.
• Meet fulfillment targets and adhere to order backlog commitments.
• Acquire clinical and technical knowledge regarding healthcare technology and funding trends.
• Educate, coach, and guide on product differentiation, positioning, value propositions, and key messaging for Imaging products and solutions.
• Act as a reference for product differentiation while supporting Regional/Market account teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with key customers and contribute to high-level discussions in the Market.
• Validate the current understanding of product positioning and differentiation among Imaging and relevant account teams.
• Assess market potential and prioritize opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Healthcare Capital Equipment Sales.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in medical sales.
• Established track record in selling high-technology products and solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in business management and resource allocation, including business plan development.
• Exceptional people management and leadership abilities, along with skills in sales coaching and team building.
• High-level presentation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in effectively communicating and presenting ideas to customers.
• Ability to energize, develop, build rapport, collaborate, and influence across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated business acumen, financial insight, and organizational capabilities.
• Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Must reside and travel within the Market (Florida).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
