Market Development Specialist – Electrophysiology Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop, organize, and execute market development strategies in the medical technology sector — spanning diagnosis to therapy.

• Assist hospitals and healthcare providers in evaluating, enhancing, and implementing essential care and process frameworks.

• Identify, assess, and address organizational, procedural, and structural obstacles along the patient care continuum.

• Create and strengthen networks, collaborative models, and referral systems within and among healthcare providers.

• Communicate and advocate for health-economic, organizational, and digital solution strategies in the healthcare sector.

• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders throughout Austria.

• Collaborate closely with the entire team on national market development initiatives and the launch of new solutions and concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, medical technology, digital health, or a similar environment.

• Strong comprehension of the hospital landscape and organizational workflows within healthcare institutions.

• Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset to tackle various strategic and operational challenges.

• Capability to read, interpret, and practically apply clinical studies and medical evidence for both customer and internal discussions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German for effective internal communication and customer interactions.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within Austria, occasional international travel, and possess a valid driving license.

• Ideally, you should have a strong digital inclination and an interest in digital health solutions.

• A solid foundational knowledge of cardiology, with experience in cardiac arrhythmias, would be an additional asset.
