This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute technical trials with increased independence.

• Confirm the regional alignment of the product portfolio.

• Offer technical assistance to the sales team.

• Promote coordination among Research & Innovation, Marketing, and Sales departments.

• Strategize and implement experimental trials with enhanced analytical freedom.

• Analyze results and recommend modifications to the regional product positioning.

• Create technical documentation, comparative assessments, and strategic reports.

• Provide technical training sessions for the sales workforce.

• Formulate competitive sales strategies and technical positioning narratives.

• Assist Regional Technical Representatives (RTVs) during key technical engagements with large-scale growers and sales channels.

• Cultivate relationships with external advisors and research organizations.

• Oversee regional trial agreements, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality criteria.

• Keep track of trends, competitive challenges, and market opportunities for Marketing and Sales.

• Organize and facilitate technical seminars and field demonstrations.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate demonstration plots (CRM).

• Administer the technical and financial components of significant events.

• Oversee the regional consulting budget.

• Organize, set up, and conduct field trials with consultants and strategic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA.

• Proficient in Plant Physiology, Plant Protection, Agricultural Microbiology, Integrated Pest Management, and Biological Control.

• Experience with the primary crops in the region: citrus, fruits, and vegetables (HFF).

• Familiarity with the regional landscape.

• Technical expertise in agricultural production systems.

• Understanding of the key crops within the designated region.
