Market Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out technical trials with increased autonomy.

• Confirm the regional positioning of the product portfolio.

• Act as an intermediate-level technical support resource for the sales team.

• Promote alignment among Research & Innovation, Marketing, and Sales departments.

• Plan and carry out experimental trials with analytical independence.

• Analyze results and recommend adjustments to the regional product positioning.

• Create technical reports, comparative analyses, and strategic summaries.

• Provide technical training to the sales team.

• Develop compelling sales arguments and technical positioning statements.

• Assist Technical Sales Representatives (RTVs) during their visits to significant growers and distribution channels.

• Cultivate relationships with external consultants and research institutions.

• Oversee regional trial contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

• Track trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for Marketing and Sales.

• Organize and lead technical events and field days.

• Plan, execute, and evaluate demonstration plots (CRM).

• Manage major events from both technical and financial perspectives.

• Oversee the regional consulting budget.

• Plan, set up, and conduct field trials in collaboration with strategic consulting firms and institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering.

• Familiarity with Plant Physiology, Plant Protection, Agricultural Microbiology, Integrated Pest Management, and Biological Control.

• Experience with the main crops in the region.

• Coverage area: Southern Mato Grosso and the Araguaia Valley.

• Knowledge of the local region.

• Technical expertise in agricultural production systems.

• Understanding of the key crops within the assigned area.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
