This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing initiatives via Zoom, phone, and email in both English and Spanish.
• Assess marketing-qualified leads using a standardized framework for sales readiness and fit.
• Nurture leads through detailed discussions, acting as an educator and advisor.
• Identify, quantify, and document business challenges for Account Executives.
• Present ClickUp’s productivity platform and agentic AI capabilities in relation to prospect workflow gaps.
• Tailor messaging to fit regional variations across Mexico City, Madrid, Miami, and other areas.
• Leverage AI for research, personalization, call preparation, follow-up drafting, translation assistance, and CRM maintenance.
• Keep precise, real-time records in the CRM of lead interactions and qualification status.
• Provide thorough handoffs to Account Executives, detailing qualification, roles, pain points, competition, language, and regional factors.
• Offer feedback on lead quality, content efficacy, and channel performance to sales and marketing teams.
• Occasionally engage in cold outreach, primarily focusing on inbound leads.
• Share effective communication strategies, AI workflows, objection handling patterns, and regional insights with the team.
• Required professional or native-level fluency in Spanish.
• Spanish verbal and written proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales and/or a demonstrated passion for sales as a primary career focus.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity, and grit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is necessary.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in AI and a willingness to incorporate AI into daily tasks.
• Capacity to handle a high volume of customer interactions daily.
• DELE (B2+), SIELE, CEPT, or CELU certifications are considered a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employed.
