Market Development Representative, Bilingual – English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to all incoming leads generated from marketing efforts through Zoom, phone, and email in both English and Spanish.

• Assess marketing-qualified leads using a standardized evaluation framework.

• Cultivate leads through detailed discussions, acting as an educator and advisor.

• Identify and quantify business challenges while documenting them for Account Executives.

• Position ClickUp’s platform and agentic AI features in relation to prospect workflow deficiencies.

• Tailor messaging to accommodate regional differences across various markets.

• Leverage AI for research, personalization, call preparation, follow-up drafting, translation assistance, and CRM maintenance.

• Keep precise, real-time records in the CRM of lead interactions and qualification statuses.

• Provide thorough handoffs to Account Executives that cover qualification, roles, challenges, competition, language, and regional factors.

• Offer insights to sales and marketing regarding lead quality, content effectiveness, and channel performance.

• Occasionally engage in cold outreach.

• Share successful conversation strategies, AI workflows, objection handling techniques, and regional insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required professional or native-level fluency in Spanish.

• Spanish verbal fluency will be evaluated through an interview conducted entirely in Spanish.

• Spanish writing skills will be assessed through a written task.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or a clear passion for sales as a primary career focus.

• Strong work ethic, resilience, and determination.

• Authentic curiosity about AI and a willingness to adapt work processes around AI tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to quickly establish rapport and trust.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.

• Team-oriented approach with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence.
