This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, long-term services and supports (LTSS) entities, and advocacy groups.

• Generate leads and enrollments independently across designated channels and territories.

• Facilitate enrollment for Medicare-eligible beneficiaries through established sales avenues.

• Create and implement targeted outreach and engagement strategies within assigned communities.

• Recognize and nurture key influencers to achieve growth in membership.

• Organize and present community and provider presentations, activities, and sales/educational events.

• Ensure outreach efforts align with approved communications, marketing initiatives, and CMS/State regulations.

• Provide education and training for partner staff on CareSource products, programs, and procedures.

• Collaborate with leadership and Sales/Outreach and Broker channels on enrollment activities.

• Travel frequently to homes, offices, and various public venues, potentially exceeding 50% of the time.

• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in business or a related field is required.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in place of the required education.

• A minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with a Medicare Advantage Carrier is required.

• Experience collaborating with Community Based Organizations, Providers, and/or Advocacy Groups is necessary.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

• Strong time management skills coupled with a keen attention to detail are required.

• Excellent presentation skills with the capability to address groups of varying sizes.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Professional and effective interaction with management, internal staff, and external clients is necessary.

• Strong analytical capabilities are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

• An active State Health Insurance Producer License is preferred.

• A valid driver's license, vehicle, and verifiable insurance are mandatory.

• Proof of influenza vaccination is required annually during flu season.

• Candidates must reside within the territory they are assigned to work in.
