Market Development Manager – Polymers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the polymer sector

• Select, engage, and participate in pertinent industry organizations, conferences, and collaborative initiatives

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, thought leaders, and collaboration partners

• Communicate internally with sales, product management, and marketing regarding market needs, applications, and business prospects

• Foster and sustain emerging technology markets through strategic partnerships, application development, and focused market development efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong project management skills and a proactive mindset towards market development

• Outstanding communication abilities and proficiency in conveying information effectively in large meetings

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, business development, or a related scientific field

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US and internationally

• Possession of a valid driver's license and passport

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent significant industrial experience

• Must not require current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship
