Market Development Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional growth initiatives within European markets.

• Cultivate partnerships with Certification Bodies, retailers, manufacturers, and strategic allies to enhance the adoption of BRCGS programs.

• Discover new commercial prospects and safeguard existing market share through proactive customer engagement.

• Examine market dynamics, competitor behavior, and customer insights to inform regional priorities.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately project opportunities, and meet growth objectives.

• Assist in recovery strategies for challenged markets and convert commercial insights into quantifiable outcomes.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure customer feedback shapes future offerings and campaigns.

• Represent BRCGS at client meetings, industry gatherings, and conferences throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or commercial growth across various European markets.

• A consistent track record of achieving revenue growth in a B2B service context.

• Background in certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection, or a related field.

• Proficient in developing relationships with senior executives, strategic partners, and major client organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting, and meeting revenue targets.

• Capability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.

• Experience working across diverse cultures and markets while adapting methods and maintaining a unified strategy.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Readiness to travel extensively throughout Europe and work flexibly to support global business initiatives.
