Market Development Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies within European markets

• Establish and nurture relationships with Certification Bodies, retailers, manufacturers, and strategic partners to enhance the adoption of BRCGS programmes

• Discover new commercial opportunities and safeguard existing market share through proactive customer engagement

• Examine market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights to define regional priorities

• Oversee a robust sales pipeline, accurately predict opportunities, and meet growth objectives

• Assist in recovery strategies in challenged markets and translate commercial insights into quantifiable results

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure customer feedback shapes future products and marketing initiatives

• Represent BRCGS at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences throughout Europe

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, market advancement, or commercial growth across various European markets

• Track record of achieving revenue growth in a B2B services context

• Background in certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection, or a similar field

• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders, strategic partners, and large customer organizations

• Solid commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets

• Capability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies

• Experience in working across diverse cultures and markets, while adapting approaches and maintaining a cohesive strategy

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and work flexibly to support global business operations
