This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Product Leads to assess and confirm product vision, strategy, and roadmap choices.
β’ Leverage market insights, customer engagement, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis to steer product investments.
β’ Gather and evaluate customer feedback from sales, marketing, surveys, conferences, advisory boards, and interviews.
β’ Produce actionable customer insights to drive product and content decisions.
β’ Perform competitive analysis to uncover new market opportunities.
β’ Create and implement strategies for launching new or updated products in the market.
β’ Collect feedback, enhance products, and promote awareness, credibility, and initial adoption.
β’ Provide insights to guide platform development and content strategy.
β’ Support efforts to boost product adoption and increase market share.
β’ Work alongside Product Marketing on messaging, competitor positioning, product differentiation, and target customer profiles.
β’ Act as a primary advocate for the product in the market.
β’ Lead advisory boards and focus group sessions.
β’ Assist Sales by delivering customer feedback and recommendations to enhance adoption.
β’ Participate in travel for conferences and direct customer interactions during peak selling periods.
β’ Capability to distill extensive customer feedback into actionable themes and recommendations.
β’ Strategic mindset across products, markets, and customer segments.
β’ Ability to collaborate across functions including product, marketing, sales, content, and leadership stakeholders.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for executives, sales teams, and customers.
β’ Emphasis on sales presentations for significant opportunities.
β’ Strong expertise in the math market is essential.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in market development, product management, product marketing, business development, or sales.
β’ Proven success in identifying and assessing market opportunities, translating insights into strategic business recommendations.
β’ Experience collaborating with product leaders to inform or validate product vision, strategy, roadmap direction, or growth initiatives.
β’ Background in conducting customer research, market analysis, competitive assessments, and opportunity evaluations.
β’ Proficient in developing recommendations backed by data, customer insights, and business analysis.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 30% during peak selling periods (October/November and February/March).
