This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote enterprise health system solutions and drive new enterprise growth in critical markets.
• Implement new and enhanced partnerships with health systems utilizing Bamboo Health’s product suite.
• Inform healthcare leaders about value-based care, care coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Convert Bamboo Health's capabilities into solutions that align with clinical, financial, and strategic goals.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signing.
• Surpass revenue goals through new enterprise Health System sales.
• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline from discovery to closure.
• Engage and persuade CIOs, CMOs, and leaders in population health.
• Lead negotiations in commercial agreements.
• Present precise, data-informed forecasts.
• Utilize Salesforce to oversee pipeline health, deal phases, and activities.
• Supply market insights to shape product strategy and go-to-market efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client success.
• Mentor others in Challenger-based sales techniques.
• Investigate AI and automation tools to improve workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software technology solutions to Health Systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of value-based care, care coordination, or population health models.
• Familiarity with value-based care payment and financial models.
• Proven experience selling technology and services-based solutions to Health Systems.
• Proficient with Salesforce and a structured sales methodology.
• Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas with consistent year-over-year growth.
• Ability to lead with insight and create constructive tension to drive change.
• Exceptional writing, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficient in functioning effectively in a remote-first work environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%, for work-related purposes.
