Market Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Elevate stores to a premier standard of excellence.

• Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives and Market Developers within the area.

• Shape display placements and ensure they are striking and competitive in each store.

• Share regular testimonials with the wider team showcasing “What Good Looks Like” for outlet execution.

• Meet sales targets by engaging with assigned customers and promoting the complete product range.

• Discover new in-store business opportunities and execute development plans.

• Provide temporary support for Business Development Representatives and Market Developers during their leave.

• Travel throughout the South Dublin/North Wicklow region and cover the Leinster area.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – an effective influencer with a professional demeanor.

• Capable of establishing strong customer relationships and demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service.

• Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and creative.

• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in IT.

• Possess a full, unrestricted driving license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to work outside of standard 9-5 hours if necessary across the region.

• Commercially aware with strong business acumen.

• Experience in FMCG is preferred.

• Ideally suited for an individual residing in Dublin city or Dublin county.
