This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive the performance of quick-service restaurants in the North East region.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Area Coaches, including managing performance effectively.

• Ensure that restaurants uphold high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy.

• Utilize KFC Listens and Success Routines to identify improvement opportunities and foster continuous enhancement.

• Oversee the training, certification, and development of restaurant management teams.

• Collaborate with HRBP to implement the bench plan and enhance succession planning.

• Hold complete P&L responsibility, driving sales and managing product, labor, and controllable costs.

• Develop market strategies and oversee the overall budget management.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company policies, audits, and operational routines.

• Lead Period Business Reviews and Market Meetings.

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while representing the QSR division.

• Support various strategic projects as needed.
