
Manufacturing Partner Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Act as the main tactical driver for the success of manufacturing partners.
β’ Address production obstacles related to cost or lead-time discrepancies, freight questions, and label generation issues.
β’ Oversee the complete resolution of job cancellation requests and missing inspection documents.
β’ Manage PSS dispute resolutions.
β’ Supervise communication queues, prioritize tasks, and avert production delays.
β’ Recover troubled orders and implement pull-in requests to achieve month-end and quarter-end objectives.
β’ Collaborate with Operations and Quality CoE teams to enhance manufacturing results.
β’ Foster trust-based relationships with partners and deliver clear project status and quality updates.
β’ Identify opportunities for process automation and maintain documentation for revenue recognition.
β’ Provide peer coverage for ongoing support.
β’ Escalate complex risks to leadership while adhering to Xometry's quality management systems.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
β’ At least 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, ideally within manufacturing operations.
β’ A demonstrated history of managing and adhering to schedule commitments for a designated customer group.
β’ Familiarity with manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities.
β’ Ability to independently drive projects to completion.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to multitask.
β’ Understanding of the communication platform's interface.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
β’ Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software.
β’ Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Familiarity with Xometry's digital marketplace or similar platforms is an advantage.
β’ Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Sheets, is a plus.
β’ Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
β’ English proficiency at C1+ level.
β’ Availability to work according to USA holidays and Eastern Time (USA).
