Mandatory Internship – Women’s Football, Internationalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of SV Werder Bremen’s global strategy.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and assessment of projects and events focused on internationalization and/or women's football.

• Aid in research, analysis, and the formulation of strategies for Werder Bremen’s international presence.

• Support the expansion into new markets and the establishment of partnerships.

• Participate in organizational and operational efforts within women's football.

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including the creation of presentations and reports.

• Help coordinate business travel arrangements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Sports Management, or International Management.

• Enthusiasm for intercultural exchange and the creation of innovative business models.

• Strong passion for women’s football.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and all commonly used Adobe software.

• High degree of commitment, initiative, and teamwork ability.

• Willingness to work autonomously and accept responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Mandatory internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
