Mandatory Intern – Social Media & Content Creation, Gaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creative development and production of content for Werder Gaming's social media platforms.

• Keep track of social media trends and platform-specific advancements in gaming, esports, lifestyle, and sports sectors.

• Aid in the organization and execution of Virtual Bundesliga matchdays.

• Collaborate on the planning, implementation, and assessment of projects and events.

• Support research, analysis, and concept creation to advance the gaming division.

• Help with the preparation and follow-up of meetings and appointments.

• Develop presentations and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, sports management, esports management, media management, or a related field.

• A keen interest in gaming, esports, social media, and digital trends.

• Initial experience in creating social media content.

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic knowledge of common Adobe software, such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• High level of dedication, readiness to take initiative, and strong teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English communication.

• Mandatory internship duration of at least 3 months, extendable up to 6 months.

• No prior professional experience necessary.
