• Facilitate effective communication between speakers of Mandarin and English.

• Possess familiarity with industry-specific terminology, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Engage in internal professional development training sessions.

• Communicate and provide updates to the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

• Residing in the United States.

• At least 2 years of experience in interpretation.

• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capable of accurately conveying concepts and meanings in line with established interpretation protocols, ensuring no omissions or additions.

• Ability to elucidate specific cultural concepts when necessary to prevent miscommunication, with the client's permission or request.

• Achieve 90% proficiency in English.

• Reliable wired internet connection is essential.

• USB wired headset required.

• Must have Windows 10 or Mac operating system.

• Suitable quiet and secure workspace is necessary.

• Language proficiency testing and background checks may be needed based on location.
