This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leverage existing expertise, relationships, pipeline, and entrepreneurial spirit alongside PM61 delivery capabilities and Estoras Group support.
• Establish market focus and service offerings.
• Initiate and finalize suitable client engagements.
• Manage client success and delivery economics.
• Assemble a proficient team and cultivate recurring revenue.
• Develop repeatable systems to minimize reliance on any single individual.
• Outline the current practice, capabilities, relationships, pipeline, intellectual property, delivery commitments, and potential conflicts.
• Familiarize yourself with PM61 services, team capabilities, partner relationships, delivery model, and target markets.
• Define ideal clients, service offerings, pricing strategies, commercial models, and go-to-market plans.
• Activate existing relationships and create a documented, qualified pipeline.
• Lead discovery, scope, proposal development, and secure appropriate paying engagements.
• Establish resource and delivery-capacity plans.
• Implement weekly KPIs, monthly forecasts, and accountability covering pipeline, proposals, wins, delivery, revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Deliver a 6- to 12-month plan for revenue growth, team development, recurring services, partnerships, and operational scale.
• Develop and implement market, business-development, and account-growth strategies.
• Identify target industries, accounts, strategic partners, referral sources, and lucrative opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, advance, negotiate, and finalize client engagements.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers and leverage professional credibility and networks to open doors.
• Develop recurring services, expand accounts, and explore partnership and referral opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, statements of work, pricing, staffing, delivery assumptions, contracting, and project transitions.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, architects, analysts, developers, and implementation specialists.
• Maintain accountability for senior client relationships, satisfaction, delivery economics, risk visibility, retention, and expansion.
• Build a streamlined team and partner network as earned revenue supports capacity.
• Create repeatable systems for sales, scoping, delivery, quality, reporting, and account management.
• Own forecasts, budgets, cost control, utilization, gross margin, cash-flow awareness, and operational performance.
• Set goals, scorecards, priorities, decision records, risk logs, and reporting rhythms.
• Provide clear updates to Estoras Group leadership and contribute to group planning and collaboration.
• Active independent consulting practice, boutique firm, or a comparable entrepreneurial background in CRM, ERP, systems integration, cloud technology, enterprise architecture, project delivery, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to gain client trust, identify needs, shape solutions, secure commercially viable work, and contribute directly to successful delivery.
• Established network, client relationships, referral sources, qualified opportunities, or market reputation.
• Technical and commercial acumen to evaluate scope, staffing, pricing, risk, delivery feasibility, and profitability.
• Capability to hire, delegate, develop talent, standardize delivery, and scale beyond solopreneurship.
• Open, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to be assessed against pipeline, revenue, gross margin, cash flow, client outcomes, and operational milestones.
• Experience as a founder, owner-operator, independent consultant, boutique consultancy leader, Managing Director, or senior professional-services operator.
• Demonstrated success in originating, shaping, negotiating, closing, and delivering B2B consulting or enterprise-technology engagements.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, systems integration, cloud technology, enterprise transformation, or related advisory services.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, enterprise architecture, public-sector procurement, systems integration, project/program delivery, or contractor-led teams is an advantage.
• Performance-based compensation.
