This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
β’ Organize and arrange client meetings, ensuring stakeholder involvement and relationship touchpoints.
β’ Monitor and document client engagement activities in the CRM, highlighting any signs of disengagement or dissatisfaction.
β’ Create materials and briefings for executive discussions and client meetings.
β’ Act as the primary point of resolution for operational issues in designated markets, encompassing staffing, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, and compliance matters.
β’ Promote accountability across shared services and escalate issues beyond the decision-making scope to the RVP.
β’ Advocate for clinicians and collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, engagement, and retention efforts.
β’ Participate in candidate interviews and deliver premium onboarding assistance.
β’ Monitor premium pay, vacancy trends, locum reliance, staffing-model risks, and operational challenges.
β’ Provide operational and relational capacity support to Regional Vice Presidents.
β’ Prepare briefing materials, financial summaries, and support for strategic engagements and regional initiatives.
β’ Identify unresolved issues and offer structured recommendations to RVPs.
β’ Discover and cultivate expansion opportunities within assigned client accounts.
β’ Formulate strategic plans for cross-credentialing and market-based clinical teams.
β’ Highlight opportunities related to new service lines, ASC development, volume growth, and contract expansion.
β’ Monitor competitive dynamics and identify both threats and opportunities.
β’ Provide support across multiple markets within a region or across regions based on necessity and strategic priorities.
β’ Assume full P&L responsibility for the designated market and contribute to the operational and financial health of the portfolio.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ MBA or equivalent is preferred.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration, ideally within an anesthesia or physician practice management setting.
β’ Proven track record in managing complex client relationships while achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
β’ Strong financial literacy, including the ability to read site-level P&Ls, detect performance variances, and clearly communicate financial risks.
β’ Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes in a multi-site healthcare context.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel frequently; expected travel is between 30β50% based on market portfolio.
β’ Practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (Qgenda preferred), practice management tools (iPro preferred), and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
β’ Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations in a healthcare services environment.
β’ Familiarity with various types of client contractual agreements.
